What if there were no rules?

What are the rules?

What if there were no rules about how to conduct your life? What if there were no "should do's"? That's the premise behind A Course in Miracles - the idea that “should do's” are based on guilt, and when you align with your higher self, you're guided without that heavy feeling.

Think about it - how often do we beat ourselves up over what we "should" be doing? We "should" eat healthier, we "should" exercise more, we "should" be better about responding to emails. But what if we let all of that go and just focused on what feels right for us in the moment?

When you let go of the "should do's" and tune into your intuition, you open yourself up to divine guidance. You're no longer weighed down by guilt or a sense of obligation. Instead, you're moving through life with ease and grace, doing what feels authentically aligned. No more beating yourself up, just flow and miracles.

The Course in Miracles teaches that the only thing we "should" do is listen to the wisdom of our souls. When we let go of all the external expectations and just focus on what feels aligned, life gets a whole lot easier (and more fun!). So forget about what you think you "should" be doing - just tune into your inner guidance and let it lead the way.

When we approach life from a place of love and compassion, our actions naturally uplift and benefit all. There is no separation between self and other - we are all part of the same interconnected whole. By cultivating inner peace and choosing love over fear, we contribute to everyone’s healing.

PS...for those grammar queens like me, I looked up do's and don'ts....apparently do's can be spelled that way even though it is not possessive or mean "do is" making it easier to read...who knew?
