ACIM 4 Day Retreat
The Stories We Carry
Available spots
Service Description
What if the struggles you face are not the problem, but the stories you've been carrying about them? Many of us carry stories about who we are, what we deserve, what we are responsible for, and what we must do to be loved, accepted, successful, or safe. Over time, these stories begin to feel true. They shape our relationships. They influence our health. They affect our experience of money, purpose, trust, and belonging. Yet A Course in Miracles teaches that peace is not found by changing the world around us. Peace is found by questioning the meaning we have given it. This retreat is an opportunity to slow down, step away from the noise of everyday life, and gently explore the stories you may be carrying. Together we will use the teachings of A Course in Miracles, group discussion, reflection, thermal cycling, nature, journaling, and community to uncover what no longer serves us and remember what has always been true. The Journey Throughout the retreat we will explore four simple but powerful questions: Who do I believe I am? Exploring identity, self-worth, roles, labels, and the search for enoughness. What am I carrying? Exploring responsibility, obligation, guilt, control, boundaries, forgiveness, and the burdens we were never meant to carry. What am I afraid to receive? Exploring worthiness, abundance, the body, food, money, support, and the ways we block ourselves from receiving. What do I trust? Exploring faith, surrender, guidance, and the possibility of a different way of seeing. What Your Days Will Look Like Each morning begins gently with movement, stretching, breath, and thermal cycling from 8:00–10:00 AM. From there, we will gather for teachings, discussion, reflection exercises, journaling, partner conversations, nature walks, nourishing meals, and spacious integration time. There will be opportunities for silence, connection, laughter, and meaningful conversations throughout the retreat. Evenings may include fireside gatherings, thermal cycling, celebration, storytelling, and community. Rather than a rigid schedule, we allow space for the needs of the group while following the overall arc of the retreat.
